Hello Girlies!! * Please know that adjustments may be made to your appointment before confirmation! * Please come with a clean face and clean lashes and be picture ready! *Must add your real phone number when booking! I will text to confirm new client appointments and if it’s a fake number appointment will be canceled! *WHEN BEING LATE: You get a 10 minute grace period after 20 mins appointment will be canceled and 50% fee will be charged. *NO CALL/ NO SHOW: 50% fee will be charged if you no call no show and if happens consistently you may be blocked from rebooking. * CANCELLATIONS: You must cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours you’ll be charged as well! * NO REFUNDS * DEPOSITS: All deposits will go towards your appointment. If you cancel you will not get this back . I will allow you to rebook one time with the same deposit after that you must rebook a new appointment and pay a new deposit. * LOYALTY CARDS are given after 3rd consecutive appointment with me and are punched after the date given !
